I email them twice with the same answer which I supposed a computer generated. No contact numbers on their site.

I really search for any reviews regarding singsale because as I said I scare if its a scam, since I cannot find any contact numbers from their site, aside from email, where the response is quite computer generated. I also wait the item for my supposedly christmas present to my siblings and cousin..hehehe

I am also facing problem with Singsale and am kind of miserably relieved that I am not alone. Placed order on 21/11 and still no news as of date. I will bring the matter up to CASE if I don't receive my item by this Friday.

Singsale is Sucks! Until now I am still waiting for my purchase from Singsale. I made a purchase Nov.1st and until now still waiting. I've been contacted them but yah right it's computer generated as always. I just wait for my stuff then I will never never order in Singsale ever again. I'm just glad I didn't go for their membership swell. Singsale is a Scam!

Have a bad experienced as well. Purchase an item on 14th December and up till now it's in "Dispatched" status. Sent numerous emails and only got a response with the same statement
"Your order is currently in delivery requested, which means the brand is currently being picked by our dispatch team as we speak.
I anticipate your order will be dispatched later this week and should be with you shortly."
Will definitely not going to purchase ever again until I got a satisfactory answer from them.

Hi to all just an fyi on the current update with my purchase..my order status frm december up to now is still dispatched but when i track at.the singpost page the status is information not available. The weird thing is that maybe due to my consistent email to them last early January I notice on my account that they have credited back the purchased amt of my order but they dont notify me that they do a refund. Just so weird because up to now my order status is dispatched yet no item receive which i expect already since i got the refund. It was just so inconsistent...anyway lessons learned for me...
SingSale suck BIG TIME. I have the same problem as you whereby my order in December have yet to be delivered.
Sendind several emails doesn't seem to work either. They only responded my first 2 emails promptly but after that no news.
Really pissed off with their service. Payment has been made and deducted but yet the item have not been delivered.
It's not much about $ but mainly about their service with no professionalism...My advise, avoid SingSale....

I had massive arguments with singsale regarding their delivery time but the only problem they are taking so long is because in december is due to christmas i think because i have bought quite alot of stuff from them and the only problem is that it takes 2 months -_-. so for those who are worried that they have been scammed i say do not worry i just received my december purchase today. If you want to complain, I saw a number on the package that was delivered to my house. There is a name and number of the Singsale representative in Singapore. So i called him and gave him a piece of my mind. Then things sped up. So if any of you guys have no where else to turn just call the rep. His number is on the delivery package. - Amit
I chalked up more than 10 orders in just over a month. Incidents such as missing items, extreme delays, changing my order and informing me only after it has been dispatched all happened. Enquiries to them have also gone unanswered since the first incident. Their parent company, OzSale can't seem to give a damn as well. Gotta admit I was impressed by the items and prices initially, but they really have got the WORST customer service ever and I would pay more any day than to ever buy from them again and going through such treatment.

Delivery is slow. Tracking number is useless until the day it is delivered. Emails to singsale and ozsale goes unanswered.
Even if you raise a ticket, it is unanswered.
I must say so far there were no cock ups for my purchases, except a travel clock that i bought.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY you can contact them!
Hi, yeah same thing with me, i have purchased the item last month and my status has changed to dispatched a week ago, but everytime i check it with Singpost it says that the tracking number is not available, im afraid that if they are going to send my items or not, its kinda relief when i read one of the comments here that they have received their orders.. i just hope mine too,, and pls for those who have received their orders, they say that their contact number is written on the package.. pls give us the contact number so we can call them as well..

I ordered some items since 9 March and have yet to see them materialise. The status shows as despatched but numerous checks with Singpost resulted in "no information on this package, check with supplier". I emailed Singsale and got the same message that I should be able to check the status shortly. I should have checked for reviews before ordering from them. I have already paid via CC in March.
If I don't get my packages soon, I will have to complain to some authority, even FB since I got to know this site through FB's advertising.
So for those of you out there who are onsidering buying these "great deals", think again.
I placed some orders on 15th March and just received my order today, 4th April. So just to assure you that it isn't a scam.
The items were lovely,well made, fitted well and at a very good price so I will definitely try them again when I find suitable items. Specifically I look for larger size ladies clothing which can be hard to find in Singapore or at much higher prices.
I've been a regular customer of singsale for a few months. Have to say so far I'm really happy with the purchases as it's cheap, except that it takes really long for the items to arrive.
And that we can't combine purchases of other brands, resulting in expensive shipping.
But they always do arrive in great condition!
If you track your purchase and it says info not available on singpost, dont worry it's normal. Just have to wait for a couple more days and they will send to your doorstop.

Hmmm...looks like it all depends on how fast individual brands/suppliers can deliver so Singsale can fulfill orders.
I placed a couple of big orders just this week and I wish that I made some research first before I did as I'm not keen on waiting 2 months all for a nominal discount.
I mean there are truckloads of sites that offer brand name items at much bigger discounts with free delivery and you get your items quickly...geez. x.x
Oh dear.. I have been browsing their sales for a couple of months now and finally decide to buy 6 products worth almost $200 2 days ago. If the delivery is going to take a couple of months then i am going to be really annoyed! hopefully it will be sent within 7-21 days. I will definitely be wary about their website from now on. If i receive my purchases i will make sure NOT buy on impulse thinking that they were safe.
Anyway, its a shame that they take so long to deliver alot of the deliveries. I mean, we are THE customers, and we deserve a decent explanation. If you are seeking to complain then i suggest you check out their Facebook page. You can post on their wall as they are often always advertising on Facebook. Hope i don't have to do that, but if they really mess up my orders, i will be ruthless as well.

Just received my order from Singsale. Was quite concerned as they didn't list a phone number or contact details.
They have an Office Address at Block 3 Kallang Sector (Got this off their packaging).
Anyways, ordered some items from them. I duly received them exactly one month from Sales End. (Singsale only processes the order after the Sales End) and up to 5 working days.
So for example if the Sale is 1st to 5th May and you placed your order on the 3rd of May, your order only gets processed on the 5th May. (Probably batch processed due to their system)
I've checked the goods they were in good order and well packed.
I was also concerned about fake goods, but the products were originals (I sent them for verification to be honest).
So far so good, will try them again. But due to the lack of contact details, I'll be keeping my orders small for the time being.
In case you wanna try Singsale's "Lucky Dip" gimmicks. I tried the "Designer Women's shoes" promotion where you give your size and they'll send you mystery items mentioning brands like guess and rockport with a price range of $60-$200... I ordered two to get a better chance of getting a good designer pair. What I got was a shoddy pair of flipflops and leather sandals that look like they've been worn before. Both not exactly "designer" brands and no where near even the minimum $60.
To their credit, it arrived 4 days after my order. --But this is the first and last time I will be shopping with them.
I have been buying from them for 10 months now and have spent a LOT of money!! Yes they are v slow and need a sometimes angry emails to get them moving, and you must be careful to track that refunds and credits are made. that said, rest assured it is not a scam. Poor management and processes more like it. My family has so much great stuff from them - diesel jeans, DKNY stuff, RAOUL office wear, swim stuff, Speedo stuff, Coach, OshKosh....The list goes on. And these are things we use regularly. I sort of put up with their downside cos I feel the benefits do outweigh the burdens! I tend to return things that I don't want personally to Kallang Sector so I can say they are really there and have even moved their admin office there now - it was previously just for their stocks and one staff. Hope this helps those of you with pending orders. If the order never arrives, they will give you a refund.
Hi, my experience so far IMO is not so bad, even though it's taking a very long time for them to deliver my order.
Bad experiences do occurred, for example my order for DKNY belt became DKNY denim bag. But they gave me S$15 gift voucher to keep the bag. Of course I have the option to refund (FYI, I decided to keep the bag instead of worrying on the refund process).
Well, just sometime I am not 100% sure whether it's genuine/authentic product. ^_^
Well, I ordered Tartine et Chocolat and I received an item with the label cut 1.5 month later... It was supposed to be a gift :( No more!! Now I order on Brandsfever and Foxysales. I think that both are in Singapore. Good luck for your orders!

Today, I just received two pairs of shoes from their lucky dip sale.
To my horror, one pair was was slightly worn and smell like put in the store for a very very long time.
The other pair was definitely had been worn for a few times, either by their own staff or who knows might be a display item.
Probably due to that, that's why the price are super low for their stupid lucky dip.
Super disappointed.
Previously, I ordered another pair of shoes which wasn't a lucky dip. And it definitely someone had worn before. T
he sole was dirty and there were scratches on the shoes.
Bloody piss off when saw that.
I emailed them through their stupid contact from their website.
They replied it's impossible that the shoes they sent are worn before.
They told me, they are definitely new and unworn product and I can refund if i want and will reimburse my postage if they check it was worn before.
I immediately sent back to them and wasted my postage fees.
I only get back my shoes refund but not the postage fees.
Bloody hell bluff me.
And now, I got another two worn pairs of shoes again.
As for the number on the package, they had removed the contact number months back, guess due to the fact alot ppl called them using those number they received on the package.
Now they change the contact to their email. WTH right.
Very very very piss and disappointed with them.
Not only this, one of my order was cancelled due to the supplier can't fulfil the order.
Waited almost month then email me to tell me that the order was cancelled and will refund.
Get money so fast, delivery charge so expensive and delivery super slow, refund also slow.
Guess have to twice before buying again from them.
Hi everyone...on Singsale...they are really shits. I am still waiting after 28 days. I tried to call them at 65365003 but was told by telecoms that the number is not in use. I tried to reply via email with their given address but the email was undelivered due to address not found.
Damn piss off.......will wait a while more and if I find time will inform the Authority to take action.
